Beta alanine powder is a non-essential amino acid which is the only naturally occurring beta-amino acid. beta-alaninecan be found naturally in a free state in the rhizomes of leguminous plants, and in tea, mammalian brain hydrolysates, and also in tobacco leaves and smoke. It usually works with Chemicalbook histidine to produce myostatin, which is stored in our skeletal muscles. Myostatin is effective in reducing the accumulation of lactic acid in muscles during exercise. As a substrate for myostatin, numerous studies have shown that supplementation with beta-alanine improves athletic performance, especially during high-intensity exercise.

Beta-alanine (β-alanine) is an amino acid that works in conjunction with a type of ion channel called histidine in the potassium gatekeeper category of ion channels in the muscle cortex resulting in the mass production of acid. Beta-alanine combined to the histidine in the muscle - histamine, the combination to form a muscle buffer system, through the muscle acid-base balance to regulate the muscle pH, the muscle movement has the following main effects:
1. Delaying fatigue: Beta-alanine is a muscle buffer, histidine and βalanine in muscle can synthesise muscle buffer - muscle buffer system, reducing the build-up of lactic acid and the effect of acidic substances on muscle, thus delaying the production of fatigue.
2. Improve physical strength: The muscle buffering effect of Beta-alanine can increase the body's endurance, improve physical strength, and make athletic ability more durable and long-lasting.
3. Promote muscle growth: Beta-alanine is related to muscle myofibrillar protein, which can promote muscle growth and increase muscle size and strength by enhancing metabolic function and blood flux.
4. Reduces muscle soreness: Beta-alanine has been shown to reduce muscle soreness when performing high intensity, low weight training.

Beta alanine can be obtained through food or supplements. Common foods include meat, fish, poultry, nuts, etc. It is a non-essential amino acid, so it is suitable for people in good health to take supplements. However, before using beta alanine, one should be aware of its usage, dosage and precautions.

Recommended Dosage
The International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN) recommendations for the use of beta-alanine supplements are as follows:
1. 4 weeks of beta-alanine supplementation (4-6g per day) can significantly increase the concentration of carnosine in the muscle, which in turn acts as an intracellular pH buffer.
2. The only side effect reported so far has been an abnormal sensation (i.e., tingling), but studies have shown that this can be mitigated by the use of a lower dose (1.6g) or by the use of a slow-release formulation to Chemicalbook mitigate this side effect.
3. Supplementation with 4-6 grams of beta-alanine per day for at least 2-4 weeks has been shown to improve athletic performance, especially during short bursts of high-explosive exercise lasting 1-4 minutes.
4. Taking beta-alanine with a meal is even more effective.
5. More research is still needed to determine the effects of beta-alanine on strength, athletic performance over 25 minutes of exercise performance, and other health benefits associated with carnosine.
Beta alanine has a wide range of applications in all of the following fields:
1. Sports Nutrition: Beta Alanine is widely used in sports nutrition in products such as nutritional supplements, sports drinks and nutritional bars. It can improve muscle endurance and increase muscle size, improve sports performance and reduce muscle soreness.
2. Medical field: βalanine can be used in the prevention and treatment of a variety of neurological diseases, such as Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease, as well as in the treatment and prevention of other muscular and neurological diseases.
3. Food processing field: βalanine can be added to a variety of food products, such as bread, cereals, nutrition bars, meat products, baby.
